‘Fruit of the trees’ was the theme of Arbor Day celebrated on January 15th. The children brought a variety of fruit that grows on trees ranging from the most common apples and oranges to the less popular prunes, dates and figs. All the fruit was cleaned and cut up in portions for the children to taste. Emphasizing the importance of eating fruit as part of a healthy diet, the children helped themselves to a generous portion of fruit salad.

On January 22nd the Head of School will meet the parents of those students who will start attending the Kindergarten Centre in February 2010 . It will be an informative meeting and it is very important for the parents to be present for the meeting.

Two courses will be organized, every Wednesday and Thursday, starting on Wednesday 2oth January and Thursday 21st January. The course consists of six consecutive sessions once per week.
